First Trust Global Portfolios Management Limited is authorised in Ireland and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. This Key Information Document is valid as at 30 April 2026. # WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT ? Type: This product is a sub -fund of First Trust Global Funds ICAV (the “ICAV”), an open -ended investment fund established as an Irish collective asset -management vehicle with segregated liability between sub -funds. The product is an exchange -traded fund. Term: This product is not subject to any fixed term. The ICAV is open -ended, however, the shares of the Fund or a class may be redeemed by the ICAV with notice to shareholders in the circumstances described in the Prospectus. Objectives:  The objective of the Fund is to seek to provide investors with long term returns, through capital growth. • The Fund intends to pursue an actively managed investment strategy. In order to achieve its investment objective, the Fund wi ll invest primarily in a diversified portfolio of global equity securities issued by companies which the Investment Manager considers to have leading or superior metrics based on env ironmental, social and governance (“ESG”) related criteria (relative to their industry peers) and w hich, in addition, the Investment Manager considers to exhibit “Capital Strength” in that they are well capitalised and have strong balance sheets. • The Fund’s starting investment universe is the Nasdaq Global Index, a float adjusted market capitalization -weighted index designed to track the performance of global equities covering over 98% of the entire listed market capitalization of the global equity space. The Investment Manager applies the f ollowing criteria (the “ESG Selection Criteria”), using Sustain alytics data, to refine that universe into the issuers that the Investment Manager considers to have leading or superior ESG metrics: Screen out companies that (i) are in the bottom 50% in their industry in terms of the Sustainalytics ESG Risk Score; (ii) have an ESG Risk Score above 30 (on a scale of 0 to 50); or (iii) have a Sustainalytics ESG Controversy Score of 4 or 5 (High and Severe). Next, the Investment Manager will apply business involvement screens; and screen out companies t hat have business inv olvement above specified revenue thresholds in controversial weapons (0%), oil sands extraction (5% or higher), or adult entertainment (5% or higher). • The Investment Manager applies several exclusionary screens in accordance with the Paris -Aligned Benchma rks Regulation related to controversial weapons; tobacco; coal, oil and natural gas exploitation; electricity generation with high greenhouse gas intensity; and compliance with United Nations Globa l Compact principals and Organization for Economic Cooperat ion and Development guidelines for multinational enterprises. The investment manager then applies its proprietary “capital st rength” investment methodology to the remaining stocks to screen issuers for inclusion in the Fund’s portfolio (the “Capital Streng th Selection Criteria”). The capital strength methodology evaluates issuers on the following criteria: minimum three -month average trading volume of USD 5 million, minimum of USD 1 billion in cash and short -term investments, long -term debt to market capita lisation ratio of less than 30%, and return on equity of greater than 15%. Issuers that do not meet those criteria are discarded, and the re sulting portfolio is then adjusted to 50 stocks by taking the issuers with the lowest combined 3 and 12 month volati lity and applying the following concentration limits: country weighting in the Fund’s portfolio must be within 15 percentage points of the country weight in the Nasdaq Global Index, and sector concentration is limited to 30%. • The 50 stocks are then equal ly weighted. The Fund’s portfolio is screened using the ESG Selection Criteria on a weekly basis and may be adjusted at the I nvestment Manager’s discretion; in such cases the portfolio may consist of slightly fewer than 50 stocks. The Fund’s portfolio is r econstituted on a semi -annual basis in June and December of each year, at which points the Investment Manager re -applies both the ESG Selection Criteria and the Capital Strength Selection Criteria. There may be circumstances where a secur ity creates new sh ares of its existing business in a separate company which could result in holdings in excess of 50 holdings. The Fund’s portf olio is subject to the Investment Manager’s ongoing internal research and analysis, and may be adjusted in the Investment Manager’s discretion at or between the weekly and semi -annual evaluations in line with the Fund’s investment objective; in such cases the portfolio may consist of slightly more or fewer than 50 stocks. • The Fund’s performance is compared against the Nasdaq Global I ndex. Income is reinvested into the Fund for this share class. You may sell your shares usually by sending your request to the administrator on any day on which the London Stock Exchange i s open for business.
