Type : This Investment Fund is a sub -Fund of Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the " Company "), an umbrella investment company with variable capital and segregated liability between Funds. The Fund is authorised in Ireland and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Term : There is no fixed maturity date. Objective : The investment objective of the Fund is to provide an exposure to futures contracts on physical commodities. The Fund is passively managed and aims to track the performance of the Barclays Backwardation Tilt Multi -Strategy Capped Total Return Index (the “Index”), before the deduction of fees and expenses. The Index is designed to provide exposure to a diversified portfolio of commodity futures across a range of sectors, including energy, precious metals, industrial metals, livestock and agriculture, in accordance with its methodology. The Fund achieves exposure to the performance of the Index primarily through the use of financial derivative instruments, in particular total return swap agreements. The Fund may also invest in a basket of securities and/or other assets for collateral and liquidity management purposes, and may use other financial derivative instruments for efficient portfolio management or to assist in tracking the performance of the Index.
